Furnished condo with two bedrooms. Ideal set up for daily, weekly and monthly guests who are working in or visiting Edmonton. Full kitchen, furnished living room and bathroom. Situated on the 2nd floor facing East and large balcony. Great place for any working professionals or travelers. Rogers Place, Ice District, Royal Alberta Museum, Grant MacEwan University, LRT and Downtown Edmonton are only a block away. Edmonton Expo, Commonwealth Stadium are 2 LRT stops down the line. Grocery, Alcohol and shopping are located in Ice District beside Rogers Place.

If you are looking for "Home Away from Home" you found your place to stay, very well stocked kitchen and amenities, fully furnished with Smart TV in Living room. Lots of space.

The standard rental comes with one underground stall in parkade and one Visitor Pass for outdoor parking. There is an additional stall available in parkade that can be added for $10 per day (Subject to availability).

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
